Yoga Classes 
Beginner Yoga (Beg.)- Yoga designed with beginners in mind! This is a great place to start if you are brand new to yoga, or if you’ve been away for a while.  Classes begin with meditation and centering, and the practice is at a medium place, with plenty of clear, guided instruction.  Ends with breathing and relaxation. 
 

Vinyasa Yoga/Anusara Yoga- An alignment based sequence of yoga postures designed to flow with breath and movement. An extension of the beginner class.  Students will have an opportunity to explore deeper postures, longer holds, and new poses.  All levels are welcome, and the instructors’ careful attention makes the class suitable to both levels of yogis. Great for people with some yoga experience, and those who are looking for a bit more of a challenge.

Chakra Flow Yoga- Each class is a flowing celebration of a specific chakra(energy field) in our body incorporating chakra specific poses, qigong, pranayama(breathing practices), mudras(hand gestures), accupressure, sound, meditation and affirmations.

Yoga Power Hour- Alignment based flow yoga to get your blood pumping and heart soaring. Prepare to get your sweat on.

Family Yoga-  A yoga class for the whole family. Bring the kids along and come explore a creative class that will be fun and enjoyable for parents and kids.

Zumba and Bellydance with Alyssa

Zumba-  Zumba is a Latin and World Dance fitness class. If you’re bored with traditional workouts and looking for something different and fun, then come try Zumba Fitness! Zumba Toning has the same great flavor of a Zumba class and uses the unique Zumba Toning Sticks to shape and define the body.  Drop-ins welcome!  

Bellydance Fitness-  This class is designed for those with no dance experience. In this follow-along style class, students will jump right in with easy to follow bellydance movements. A strengthening portion follows, so students should bring a yoga mat or large towel. Class ends with a ten minute stretch to gradually work on flexibility. Students will leave class centered and feeling great!

First Class- what to expect...

If you've never taken a class with us before, we would appreciate it if you could arrive 15 minutes early to complete the registration form and have a chance to look around. Wear comfortable, stretchy clothing.  Also, be prepared to sweat, and plan appropriately!  It's also a good idea to avoid eating at least 2 hours before class.  We provide mats, blocks, blankets and other props- all the tools you need for a yoga practice- but we also encourage yogis to consider purchasing a mat, since you won't want to let it out of your sight once you get started!  We provide filtered water, and ask that you bring your own reusable container to fill.  See you in class!
