Building a yoga community in Ferndale!

Kula means community of the heart.  Our goal is to build a yoga, health, and wellness community right here in Ferndale!  Yoga provides us with an opportunity to create a connection between mind and body, allows us to slow down and relax, and brings strength and flexibility.  Join us at the only dedicated yoga studio in downtown Ferndale for classes, workshops, privates, or just come in and say hi!

Join us in welcoming yoga teacher Maureen Kelly to the studio in May! We will be adding two new classes to the schedule:

The first Thursday of the month from 6-7:15pm: In the Flow Chakra Yoga

Zumba Shoes are here!

Zumba instructor Alyssa Springs recommends that students leave their running sneakers at home as they aren't designed for pivoting or lateral (side to side) movement. Zumba sneakers are specially designed for class and can greatly reduce the chance of knee or ankle injuries that result from improper footwear. Because Zumba sneakers have a smooth bottom, students can increase their movement, burning more calories each workout. Alyssa Springs has the only Zumba sneaker display in Whatcom County, available for purchase at Ferndale Kula Yoga.
